Will I be charged before the pro arrives?

Yes — you pay the full job price up front, but it's held safely in escrow. The pro is only paid once the job is finished and you confirm it. No surprise extras at the end.

What if the pro doesn't show up?

Tell me by email at help@nasgo.uk and you get a full refund. I'll also rebook another vetted Harborne pro the same day where I can.

How are pros vetted?

Every pro on NasGo provides a photo ID, a DBS check, public-liability insurance and proof of trade qualifications. Anyone who can't is not listed.

Can I cancel after booking?

Yes. Cancel before the pro is on the way for a full refund. Once they're on their way, a small travel fee may apply — you'll see it in the app before you confirm.

How do refunds work?

Email help@nasgo.uk with the booking and a short note. Refund decisions are made within 48 hours. Approved refunds land back on your card in 3–5 working days.

Is my card information safe?

NasGo never sees your full card details. Payments are handled by Stripe — the same payment provider used by Deliveroo, Amazon and most UK retailers.

I'm a pro — how do I get paid?

Once you finish a job and the customer confirms, your share lands in your linked bank account, usually next working day. NasGo's commission is 20% per booking — no monthly fee, no lead fees.

I'm an agency or landlord — who do I talk to?

Email partners@nasgo.uk and I'll come back the same day. Bulk bookings, monthly invoicing and co-marketing all start with one email.
